The largest mass protest in U.S. history was held on October 18, 2025 - No Kings Day 2 - with over 2,700 events worldwide and almost 7 million participants.
Here in Jacksonville, we had 4 car caravans (Mandarin, Beaches, Riverside & Northside) drive to Friendship Fountain for a march across the Main Street Bridge to a rally at the Duval County Courthouse. Organizers put the count at 8,600 protesters between the march & Courthouse rally! That was a 2K increase in attendance from Jacksonville's first No Kings Day on June 14th.
Indivisible Mandarin counted 75 cars in our IM Car Caravan to Friendship Fountain, with about 150 people participating! We received plenty of supportive honks, curious looks and approval from other drivers and pedestrians as we drove the length of San Jose Blvd. through San Marco and into the Southbank area. Drivers had fun decorating their cars and spirits were high!

The march across the Main Street Bridge was reportedly a highlight for a lot of protesters! The weather was fantastic and the City shut down traffic across the bridge to allow for marchers to walk down the middle instead of squeezing onto the sidewalks on both sides - it was very appreciated!

The rally at at the Duval County Courthouse began at 3:00 pm and was very well attended with some really creative signs.
