Prize A: Journaling for Brain Health - One hour Zoom call with IM Member Beth D. "Your brain on journaling is a calmer, more connected brain." Neuroscientists have discovered that when you write about your feelings by hand, the thinking part of your brain (prefrontal cortex) starts communicating with the emotional part of the brain (amygdala) - almost as if the brain is learning to talk to itself. Beth D. has over 40 years of experience in yoga, wellness, and education and holds advanced degrees in management, psychology, and health administration.

Prize B: Signed copy of Best Laid Plans, by IM member Kay Tayor. "This is about love, hate, murder, growth, family, change and forgiveness. It is snarky, bitchy and funny while touching on serious topics like abandonment, rape and revenge. There's laughter and tenderness, too. And lessons learned. I really hope someone takes it home, reads and likes it!", says Kay.

Prize C: Choose Five bottles of Red Wine from Gloria E.'s collection of over 25 bottles. Pick out something to celebrate with after the BLUE WAVE in November!

Prize D: One Hour of Amateur Tech Support OR Two Hours of Game Board Fun with IM member Jeniah J., M Ed and Edutainment Specialist. Have Jeniah solve your tech issue or challenge you at your favorite board game.

Prize E: Original Acrylic Seascape Painting by IM member Lynn S., who has sold her artwork locally in years past. In addition to acrylics, Lynn has worked with watercolor, gauche, pen & ink and pastels. Suitable for framing, the .5" width gallery wrapped canvas measures 14" x 11".

Prize F: One-of-a-kind necklace handcrafted by Nancy L. This piece was made with bead weaving, a glass cabochon, leather cord and brass magnetic clasp.

Prize G: One-of-a-kind necklace handcrafted by Nancy L. This necklace was made with shibori silk, brass chain, a leather cord and a lobster clasp. The face cabochon is ceramic.

Prize H: One-of-a-kind necklace handcrafted by Nancy L. This piece was made with a Painted Lady cabochon, acrylic flower detailing, finished with leather cord and a gold magnetic clasp.

Prize I: Chennelle Shawl handwoven by Kay T. "The shawl is made of Chennelle and feels like velvet! Very, very soft! When I wrap myself in one, it feels like a warm hug!"
